Ignore the royal guards until all beetles are dead, unless you get a really good opening to do the drill combo.
The royal guards are gonna be your enemy in this level, since they're gonna try to cover the beetles, this makes the strategy of jumping into their face even more viable. They may be able to counter you if you melee more than one simultaneously.Īs soon as you land on the ground when you get hit, try to time a jump so you can do a quick recover, this will make it so those meat grinder attacks don't get you as often. They're harmless if you do it right, but do be careful if you're dealing with more than one. My strategy for them is to jump into their face and spam light attacks 4 times until they try to fly away, then I follow them. Personally, I prefer to target the beetles first at all times. The insane mode solo is an honorable path, and desert is definitely one of the more difficult ones since it's so long. I can't find a forum online because most of them are focued on the overall insane mode and normal units that can be juggled or idustrial castle Magic is the only way for me to hit them while they're above ground so that they don't fight backĪnyone got any other tips to help me? Like a secret way to kill them or something I don't know about?Īnd the staying in the air tactic isin't working very well because 75% of the ground is litered with them if I magic jump and the combo in the air doesn't work for me despite pressing the right buttons (light, heavy, heavy) Lying on the ground once will make you lose the hp equivalent of 3 to 4 hp potions so those are useless Blocking against them is very buggy and only has a 50% of working In this level the beetles are the only thing in my way from completeting the level.
Industrial Castle does not even come close to being as nerve wrekcing as this level is. Sorry I'm not looking for teammates I'm trying to do this alone.
